I joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in January 2015 and my role is to support the digital marketing and social media initiatives of IU South Bend. While digital and social media trends are fickle, the fundamental aim is building awareness of all that IU South Bend offers and creating connections and making the university accessible through online channels.
IU South Bend is such a great place and I’m proudly part of the alumni who just couldn’t stay away. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in English here at IU South Bend. It has proven to be very valuable for digital marketing where clear communication is essential and typos have an unlimited viewing audience.
When not tweeting or experimenting to find the perfect Instagram filter, the English student in me remains. I am an avid reader and writer, and also enjoy cooking and traveling.
